Generally good helpful staff attitude, particularly pleasant at the pharmacy. BUT store also generally looks like earthquake hit it, stuff on shelves and on the floor and untidy. I blame some of the customers as they have total disregard and will put stuff back onto wrong shelves! I find frozen stuff in the shampoo aisle! Lazy or what! If you don't want it just hand it to staff at desk or tills! Also the parents don't mind their kids as I see them eating food from shelves and putting it back on the shelves ! Once I saw a couple of boys playing football with a ball of the shelves! Jeez ! It's not a buffet funfair for wannabe Renaldos ! I give 4 stars rating for the staff and 2 stars rating for the customers!

i scratched my car in ASDA car wash, with shampoo brush. My all car looks like srached with sandpaper. Asda managers are liars they said a brushes as new ! dont clean there good cars !!! poor service.

A very poor shopping experience every time for me. Always busy, congested queing at check out (self service + cashier operated). Decent layout l arge store, howevver this store could benefit from having an extra floor as its perhaps outgrowing its capacity. Good quality groceries as well as non grocery items. Clothing is of good quality and value.
Staff could be a little more helpful and opening tills more quickly during peak times would help. This for many years used to the flagship supermarket for me, however over the years its popularity, congestion and general store management makes shopping here a particuarly chaotic and trying experience. In store pharmacy is generally good very helpful. Parking is generally not a problem. Has on site Petrol station.

Great value for money. Massive store. Staff extremely helpful but very busy.
Just could not find a denim jacket or a thin long coat all weathers'. Self service tills quite hard to get used to. Cafe different and quite strange to me but liked it.
