Reasonable during the week but a nightmare at weekends to get a cab after 10pm. Depending on the driver the price varies even though they all have meters

I get these guys quite a bit.good company although there is always one specific driver who keeps charging me a fiver everytime and doesnt put his meter on when all the other drivers i have charge me the proper £4ish price its supposed to be to my destination.apart from that everything good :)

Stated pickup location and destination, they simply hung up on me, and said whatever! Very unprofessional! Will not be attempting to use again! Seriously need to have a lesson on customer service!

Joke of a firm. A colleague literally just got off a flight at city airport after travelling for 8 hours and was waiting on her luggage when an aggressive phone call came from Gransha (who was pre-paid and booked). The Gransha depot proceeded to give her abuse, saying the taxi had been waiting outside for over an hour, despite the fact that the flight had just landed. Welcome to Belfast! Due to their own incompetence, they clearly got the wrong flight time but instead chose to aggressively berate the customer and offer no apology when the sheepish driver turned (back) up. Such an embarrassment to West Belfast. Hard to believe this outfit offers tours of the city. Aggressive, obnoxious clowns.
