Absolutely shocking customer service booked taxi waited an hour called twice to see where it was only to be told the driver took another job and there were no more drivers made me late picking my toddler up will not be using them again!!!!

Waited for a cab for half an hour, rang up again and was told that the taxi supposedly had "turned up 20 minutes ago and then left when there was nobody there". This was a blatant lie. The person on the phone was very rude. Don't bother using this company, they're a complete waste of time.

Joke of a taxi company. Rang it, waited half an hour and then when I got the text to come outside I did and he picked someone else off the the street and told me "hard luck".

Lost count how many times I have been told a taxi would be 10 minutes. An hour later, still no sign of it. Nice drivers, terrible phone operators.

Was told the taxi would be half an hour. Waited over an hour with no contact back.
Tried to ring to see where the taxi was & couldn't get through for 15 minutes to be told "ohh he should have been there, we'll get one down to you."
2 hours after I initially rang I get my taxi. Absolutely useless. Why lie. Why not contact me when the taxi isn't arriving. Why not answer the depo phone. Would have been better walking home.
