I booked a taxi 20 minutes in advance and waited, 7 minutes after the booked time I rang and the phone operator was rude, insisted that a taxi had been sent and waited outside and refused to send another! Myself and my dad were both watching out for the taxi and it never arrived! Would never use Ace Taxis again, unreliable and poor customer service!

told my daughter that the taxi was on the way and left her stranded in the city's centre at 3:00 am. when she phoned back after 45 minutes the operator was abusive and the car never arrived. I'll never use the same company again.
