Very doggy company!
Drivers don't know the hotels around Belfast, had to show the driver on Google maps the location of the Ramada Plaza.
When asking for a receipt the driver told me to ask the driver I attempted to use the next morning as he hasn't got any.
Next morning I tried to book to be told they don't know the hotel.
Today I called again about he receipt and was told the drive should have issued one
I believe they need to be monitored closely by the tax man, something is not right there!
