Terrible experience and over charged as taxi man had little knowledge brought me the wrong way thickly added £6.50 onto my journey and still charged for it

Always book a cab in advance. Shows 5 mins waiting but always need to wait for more than 20 mins. Never recommend when someone is in need of a taxi.

Unfortunate mix up. Ordered two taxi's from home to church but second treated as church to home. Despite mixup just got me there on time. Very helpful. Thanks to all.

had a taxi driver bark an order at me to put my bag in the boot without my explanation. He wanted to 'protect the furniture'. I asked him if would ask a woman to put her handbag in the boot, his response 'don't be ridiculous'. Absolutely terrible service.
