I suggest ordering something from the kitchen. Sushi boats/plates are decent but stuff made to order are great!

We've been coming to Sakura ever since it opened. Often had good experience. However today it was spoiled by water spilling soy & tempura dipping sauses all over my new shirt. I know it was not done deliberately & staff was very apologetic. However, when I got the bill, that the discount of £6.48 was applied to it. Considering it will cost me £35.00 to get a new shirt like that, they could as well not bothered.
I know times are tough for businesses, however I don't think it means customer service quality can be sacrificed.

Excellent food. Dumplings and stick on the set menu for £19 is excellent!
Only criticism is the service was a bit on the cold side, but the guy front of house was very welcoming.

Love this place. We keep going back. Has never failed to satisfy. Very good value, not expensive.
