The whole breakfast experience is quite simply the best in Northern Ireland. The Staff are so friendly, accommodating and attentive and make you feel so welcome in their beautiful house. The food was the best breakfast food that I've ever had, chosen from a very imaginative menu. I will definitely be back to sample some of the other dishes! A great way to start the day!!!!!!

Absolutely adorable. Some of the rooms have the most beautiful view of the water. The town of Holywood is quite nice and has a walkable waterfront 10 min walk from this place. The staff are friendly and put on an elaborate and delicious breakfast.

Stayed once ,after bomb went off outside Place Barracks told to leave house by police. Spent night in community centre. In the morning Rayanne house offered to put people up free of charge. Able to get some sleep also a shower and something to eat. Very much appreciated as my mother was in a wheelchair.
