Never had an issue ordering through just eat but when Browns notified me of their own app/website I ordered through that however after an hour and a half I had to call to find out they hadn't received my order. They were unapologetic and the service was unacceptable.

Used to be good, but staff are too busy gossiping to get your food. All the renovation work on the world won't help with staff attitude.
