Would recommend both cheesy gravy chips and cheesy curry chips! Garlic potato cubes are nice too. Yum :-)

Burgers tasted different so i asked staff why they said were not able to get anymore and were using differnt burgers now tasteless salty thin.i also noticed staff very short with kids when they order.no plans to go back .Arnold's without a good burger is just a mediocre chippy

An experience that I regret. We ordered two 1/2 pounders cheese burgers. The burgers were thin and as dry and as tough as old beef jerky.
The cheesy chip was better, plenty of cheese, which is always a bonus, however it tasted soggy and really oily. The gravy tasted ok which helped cover up the taste of oil on the chips. Pity the little tub of gravy cost £1.50. There where like 5 or 6 staff in there nobody looked like they gave a damn.
Real shame
I used to love this place as a rare treat as a wee kid nearly 15 years ago

Pretty disappointing, especially since I would buy from Arnold's quite regularly and for many years.
I ordered my food at 4.30pm and it was finally delivered at 6.05pm.
This was after they rang me to tell me what I ordered wasn't available and didn't offer to amend the online payment.
Then I kept getting texts telling me food was on the way.
I understand how busy food places can be but I am really surprised by this.
I'm not angry, just disappointed Arnold's. 😔
