Of the place I can't say I'm not into gyms. But for Eugine and his hot stones and bamboo massage I cannot recomend him highly enough . I was totally out of my comfort zone but all staff were easy going put me at ease and as for the magic master of massage a complete gentleman and total professional. Going in a scrap heap wreak I left as a finally tuned Porsche . Go endure enjoy . Thanks Eugine and co

Well was calling in through Belfast and have always seen the place n wanted to try it, so we where up muse and my wife after taking her wedding cakes to a photoshoot. Was welcomed by the manager and shown about and of course asked to fill in par q - good practice. The gym is really well layed out and has most machines you need and free weights with the added boxing ring for mma. It's got plenty of space and definitely well run. I'd even like to manage the place myself the changing room are very clean and I would highly recommend using it if your pacing through as me and my wife did .

YOU Sports Massage - Eugene Galbraith
I have visited this gym a number of time to get a sports massage from Eugene Galbraith, I would highly recommend his services. Not having suffered from any major Issues with my body though from normal training and quite a physical career I have seen better days, after every visit I always feel 100% any niggles I have had are away.
Using Warm Bamboo (wow) and a mixture of other methodologies to work out any issues, this is by far the most intense but worth while sports massage I have received, I currently live in Peterborough and when I fly back into Belfast I make sure I have an appointment with this guy. Worth every penny.

Has some decent classes (that you can go to add a non member). Gym is small and kit is average and not in tip top shape
