I Googled Sunglasses in Belfast and identified that Debenhams was a Ray-Ban dealer/ supplier and they had none available to sell because of the season, disappointing when travelling in to Belfast for the sole purpose of buying them today. Does the management not understand that people can travel and not all the world is in a winter season, very short sighted of them.

Well stocked and the click and collect service is brilliant for me as I work full time and cannot be at home for parcels arriving to my home.

Wonderful shop and a great selection for all occasions. Fantastic customer service, particularly Jennifer in the Castle Court Debenhams, Belfast. Who was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me to match up all of my outfit and also went to the trouble of ordering my shoes from another store in England. Service was second to none and will definitely be returning again, thanks to Jennifer for all her help and special touch.

My comment relates to the wonderful make up consultant at the Bare Minerals concession in Belfast. Her name is Emma, and she deserves to be congratulated. I am not regularly in the store, but can you believe she remembered a conversation we had about the brand from around a year ago - said she remembered me and what I had been looking for then. How amazing is that? She's a lovely, friendly person too, plus very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done, Emma!
