Appalling customers service in this bookshop! The attitude of the staff & the owner towards item enquiries are somewhat disgraceful, a little course in Customer Care would be very Beneficial. If you’re going to run a business then at least have some pride in what you offer to the public and know what products you have in store to sell... If I’m looking for a book in the future it won’t be in KEATS & CHAPMAN book shop!

Chanced upon this shop a few times but it always just closing. Made it in today... What a find. The piled up books everywhere and dusky light just add to the charm.

Absolutly amazing, a real treasure throve for books. I could spend two days in there and still keep finding books. If for whatever reason you need a book regardless of the genre or reason this is the best place to check first.

Favourite second hand bookshop in Belfast. It's a treasure trove if you have the patience and time. The store front is unassuming but any book lover will fall in love with the depth and expanse of the store once you are inside. A space utilised to capacity. If they could hang books from the ceiling I'm sure they would. I used to hide the books I wanted but couldn't afford (pocket money) until the next week when I could come and find them again.
