I wanted to buy few books with my bursary money but they were out of stock. The staff suggested that I can use my bursary to buy gift cards which then can be used online, which is what I did.
All books arrived quickly, but one was slightly damaged. I contacted their support and had a replacement sent out the next day, and was allowed to keep the old one. So in short, very good customer service both online and in store.
