Watched the "chef" cut open a piece of chicken, test the temperature with his finger, decide it wasn't hot enough then put the meat back into the fryer. He sucked his finger clean wiped it on his trousers and began handling other meats. We watched him for at least 30 terrifying minutes, he handled dozens of different foods and during this time he didn't clean his hands once.
We heard one of the waitresses call him Jorgé/Horhay.
I will never eat here again.

Way overpriced for the quality of the sushi, some staff were OK but others completely useless waited upwards of 20 mins for sushi that they hadn't even bothered to put on the order

Had a bad experience at this Yo Sushi. Food hygiene standards of the kitchen staff were very dubious. Raw meat placed on cooked food boards, then put in a fryer, and then cooked meat put on the same board! Saw one of the chefs lick their fingers then carry on preparing food without gloves on. Also saw a chef cut up food from the frier and test it with his finger to see if it was hot enough. Lots of handling food without washing hands in between. Generally bad standards of food hygiene. Waiting staff were nice and acknowledge the problem but this is not good enough.
