Our experience same as Emily.
Telephoned for delivery. Chinese staff could not understand that our house had no number - just a name.
Eventually wife got the details of the order thru' to him.
Told 45 mins for delivery - took over one hour.
Apologies from driver (Polish? His English better than order taker!) for late delivery - fair enough.
Decided to give this firm a try as it was under new management. Previous experience led us to another firm.
Big mistake.
My 148 House Special Curry was OK but wife's main - (200 House Special Fried Rice), was a disaster. Just fried rice, which was more like boiled rice, with a layer of veg and meat plonked on top.
We shared A65 Spare Ribs in S7S Sauce but 50% of them were disappointing and at first I thought the sauce was plum not s&sour.
Altogether very disappointing so we will be returning to our regular take-away.
I think their problem lies with their menu, which is amazing, but is stretching their capabilities. So sorry Fu Lai, I dont feel like dipping my toe in again.

Sorry, I have resorted to one star as they have now seemed to have changed management (or chef?). This place used to be great, but ever since the 'change' out of three meals, two were bad. The worst was yesterday; I ordered chicken curry with fried rice. The sauce in the chicken curry resembled thin, watery gravy, how is that supposed to be a curry? Dishes that used to be in large containers are put in the small plastic ones too! What is going on Fu Lai?
