The whole experience was very stress free. Rhys my Mortgage Adviser along with Paul - Client Relations was extremely helpful and supportive. I would definitely use there services again.

We have used first mortgage before and were pleased with the service and advice we got as first time buyers. We are moving again and first mortgage provided great advice on our proposed new build. There are many restrictions and conditions with new builds but Emma and Egle were experienced and offered great advice. The business development manager, Lois kept us updated regularly (which is great when you're particularly anxious about these things) and made the process so much simpler. No costs, no hassle and great service. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. We were unhappy with our original mortgage broker and turned to First Mortgage for advice. Their new build specialists Emma and Egle had expert knowledge and provided us with the perfect mortgage deal. Our client relationship manager Lois guided us through the process and provided regular updates and answers to our queries. Couldn't ask for more.

We were told about First Mortgage by friends so went along as we were starting to look at houses. We've heard that getting a mortgage can be a stressful process, but First Mortgage made sure that wasn't the case for us. I'd highly recommend making an appointment for any mortgage queries.
When we called to book an appointment, we were clearly told everything we needed to bring with us, and told roughly what to expect.
I was slightly clueless about the mortgage process (my partner had a bit more knowledge than me), but Rhys was fantastic in explaining every step of obtaining a mortgage in principle, speaking to solicitors, making appointments and deciding on making an offer.
We were so impressed that he managed to cover so much and we felt so comfortable with how friendly and professional he was. Rhys was able to suggest a solicitor who have also been great, explain in detail how they decide who would be best to get a mortgage with and describe to us about insurance coverage.
Rhys was very helpful in explaining what was needed and how to obtain things, and was fantastic at problem solving when we didn't have all of the answers/documents at hand. He was able to answer all of our questions and replies to phone calls and emails were always quick.
When we had a mortgage supplier decided, we than began to deal with Paul, who again answered all of our emails with speed and helped us sort out everything we needed - they both made it so easy.
We are so happy with what First Mortgage has managed to sort for us and we will definitely use them in the future for all mortgage concerns!

I genuinely cannot fault the advice and support we have received from first mortgage. We walked into our initial appointment with no knowledge and walked out feeling fully informed.
From that point onwards our advisor (Julie) was extremely efficient and professional. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had regardless of how silly we thought they were. Julie always made us feel our questions were appropriate and not silly in the slightest.
Any other staff we dealt with were also very helpful an approachable - again I have nothing bad to say.
We received fast replies at all times and never had any issues when we needed any contact.
