outstanding food and service. looks a bit on the hotel lobby side and prices are high. but then the food quality just rocks it.

It's by no means cheap, but the Exchange Grill is so far, the best steak I've had in Dubai. Nestled away on the second floor of the Fairmont, I received fantastic service from beginning to end, great wine (although I stayed away from the top end of the wine list...) I was even given a complimentary starter and dessert. I left full and happy!
