I came at 12:55pm in Ramadan and i needed to register my daughter's birth certificate. But the lady inside said that time was over at 1pm while i was on time to get it done. I don't have any more free days and i needed to get it done sooner so that i can finish with the certificate.
Very bad service and no respect for people even in ramadan. No humanity and no remorse. I begged and told her i needed it urgent. I hope she learns a lesson in life like this so that she knows what karma is.
