+ bed was comfy
+ thick dimming curtains
+ good wifi in my room
- noise from the main road traffic
- location far from city center, ugly surroundings
- staff speak only basic English
- strong smoke smell in the bathroom (in spite of no smoking policy...)
- no hair-dryer
- several stains on the floor carpet
- dog fee: 10e per day!
- parking is private but without any gate
- few and similar choices for breakfast

The hotel and spa look pretty nice. BUT: the service is not good enough.
1. When we entered the room for the first time the floor was dirty
2. The prices in your room bar many may vary from those real. And that's just your fault you didn't know that ☺️
3. Restaurant may not have some ingredients from your breakfast. Noone will tell you that and will not offer anything instead.
4. The waiter may just forget you ordered green tea and bring you black one. You may also see that the menus are dirty and have have parts of food on its pages.
So what we thought would be a great rest turned out to be a great disappointment.
We will definitely not come here again.

Good hotel, restaurant should remember they are Ukrainian. Sashimi sushi or other Asian food may be ok in a menu serving also local food. Spa very good.

We stayed at the lux sweet and this would have been a 4-star rating regardless of the broken tiles in the first floor, cemetery view from the room, scary elevator which moved when we stepped in it and light blinked, regardless of the couch with peeling off covering, warm water which took forever to start flowing and the amount of water from the tap was barely enough to call a nice warm shower. After all this isn't Kyiv. But I'm sorry to say that the white bug 🐜 in the bathroom 🚽 makes this a 3-star rating. Even though the parrot did say hello and bye to me in two languages ☺️️
