Perhaps the best confectionery cafe and one of the best restaurants (in the basement). Despite high prices the meals and desserts are mostly worth it. Also you may see people like ex-president's wife or the general prosecutor at the neighbor table, leaving aside the local notables.
Pluses: delicious meals and desserts, interior decoration, notables.
Minuses: high prices, often a slow service.

The cake "Hungarian" was just out of this world. Pure perfection. You will get lost in 50 pages menu of all types of cakes you can imagine. And most importantly they are all Homemade!!!

Very large selection of chocolates and petite cakes. Nice selection of teas and coffees. They also have savory foods on the menu. The interior is a little dated/cramped/cluttered, but it fits for the city.
