If you are a tourist do not go there. It may happen that you get different behavior of the staff even when you pay. The guards think they are something important and own the place. The guards are really unpleasant and think they are in the army. never again.

It is an upscale enjoyable environment. The strange thing was I received 3 different bills, one for sure was for Hookah and one for food but there was a change of waitress this could have been the problem.
I will likely be back for the clubbing in the evening.
