Small but cozy. English speaking staff.
Lovely and helpful receptionist, always ready.
Been coming and goinf here for about two months now. A very nice place and must stay!
Only bad part is the restaurant they work with. Too expensive for the food served, dined twice and both times it was mediocre and overpriced. Eat out if you stay here would be my tip :)

Shady service, seemingly prejudice towards American customers. On one account some friends of mine made a reservation and it was sold out from under them. I personally had the pleasure of being lied to by an employee over the phone regarding their current vacancy status. I love Ukraine, but I do not love the racism towards Americans that I have experienced first hand. Maybe this is a pro-Russian establishment.

Very nice architecture, very nice designed rooms. Very kind staff taking care. Nice breakfast and room service. The staff is speaking very good English. Feeling comfortable here! I love to be here and strongly recommend this beautiful hotel in city center of Lviv!

1.Great location within walking distance to all main city's attractions.
2. Friendly, polite and very attentive staff in the front desk.
3. Rooms are very clean, modern with comfortable bed and pillows.
4. Spacious bathroom and handicap accessible.
5. Hotel is beautifully renovated.
6. Staff in the restaurant area is very friendly and polite. Sergei is one of the staff members at the restaurant who is very attentive to every guest during breakfast time.
7. Breakfast has great selection of fresh and delicious food and if you ask, chef can create an awesome omelette of your chose.
**One suggestion to add iron in the rooms for guests like me that brought some clothes which required light ironing.
