Very clean, quiet hotel that's short walking distance to some excellent coffee shops and restaurants. There's a nice outdoor seating area for breakfast too.

Very cozy hotel in the very heart of Kiev. It's hidden away from the touristic crowds of downtown but at the same time when you come out from hotel you are in the very heart of the city. It's very convenient and it's also the prettiest area of Kiev.
Hotel itself is very clean and cozy. Breakfast is excellent and staff is excellent.
Breakfast was served inside as well as outside on nice terraces in a park. good choices of food and very friendly staff to serve.
Hotel has its own special vibe. It made me feel like I'm in a 90's movie hiding from intelligence services with James Bond. It's a small place but it will surprise you.
Stayed in this hotel with my husband on a weekend after our wedding. And we were more then happy with the service and atmosphere there.
Me and my husband went out after breakfast and had the nicest walk in the historical area of Kiev: Andreevskiy spusk and Saksaganskogo street. I love how easy it is to get anywhere from this hotel. All of our favourite restaurants are around that area so me and my husband had wonderful time staying there and enjoying Kiev.

There exists 2 hotels with the same address. One I lived in undergoes reconstruction. Very bad service (no room cleaning for 10 days even after explicit request!) Bad installation and almost no room ventilation. Hope it will be improved after reconstruction.
