Awesome interior and service! Breakfast is unbelievable. Other venues of the same First Line Group must be on your 'must visit' list in Kharkov!

The nicest small hotel in the city center. Prices are of medium range. Rooms are stylish and well decorated. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Breakfasts are delicious.

The Hotel 19 restaurant is one of the best in Kharkiv! Usually, you think of hotel restaurants as being mediocre, but this one has put a lot of thought into a very original and well executed menu. We had the included breakfast every morning and dinner twice, and every time was excellent. I would recommend going there even if you are not staying in the hotel.
As for the hotel itself, it is also nice, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The internet at the hotel was faster than at my office! There is no elevator, or blackout curtains, which may be a pain for some. The staff were very friendly, and went out of the way to help my colleague get his jacket cleaned after an accident.
