If you want to eat and work, I know a place called Java House (not Cafe Javas), located in Acacia Place building. Java House has enough well-fitted power sockets, fairly okay WiFi - might slow down if there's more people, kinda like all public Wifi, but good enough for email (gmail in html only, haha, just kidding). Acacia Place has these things too: a pharmacy, a bar/restaurant, travel company, enough parking and more.
