Made a phone call today seeking appointment with a dentist. Was told the schedule was free this evening and advised to bring in the kid today much as i had no oppointement. I had to plead with teachers at school to interupt the kids lessons since the kid was already in class.
Was however dissapointed when the destist worked on the kid bittery complaining that we never made appoitment yet I was advised by the same clinic.
Highest level of unproffessionalism! and scared of the kind of medical attention rendered to my boy by a complaining dentist.
