Came here with my son for 1 week. Took the wellness week including 3 juices and 3 classes. The classes are awesome and even my 14 year old son liked the class. It's definitely a LOs Angeles style yoga studio... Posh chill and flow.

So glad I found The Retreat in Provo. It truly is a retreat for me. Whether going to or coming from Haiti, whatever class is available meets my needs. The atmosphere is calming, the space clean and welcoming, the instructors knowledgeable and able to meet needs of students. Thank you for the healing.

I wish I had found this place on my very first day. Made my wonderful stay at Turks and Caicos even better. Went every day to different classes. Loved them all.
