It was a very nice trip, the roomservice cleaned very good and they where very nice, and lets not forget the reception, the resturan and the bar they were very nice and they could understand you so there was no problem with translating. If you needed anything the reception was very helpful.
The resturant had BBQ everyday at dinner and so much food that you couldn´t even pick what you wanted to eat, and it was of course very clean and very good.
There was so many things in the hotel like a spa, hamam, a salon, fitnes, a doctor and a place in the hotel where you could play bowling and games.
The photo team took some of the best pictures ever token and they were very nice.
The water sport team had so many fun activities.
Now to my favorite team, the animation team. They had so many activities in the day and they always made some fun games in the water they made like two games everyday and they always dance the Nashira dance bur not just that they are always making activities in the day like dart, waterpolo, zumba and much more.
The animation team made a show every night and after the show they will go to the poolbar and put some music on and make it a dance night or make a karaoke night and after that they will go to a nigth club with a group of people almost every nigth, and now to the d´dj he made some very good remix´s and very good music in the party´s.
It was a very nice trip and it won´t be the last time me and my family visiting Nashira!

I went on holiday to this place for 2 weeks, and it definitely isn't a 5 star hotel! Wifi isn't free as it said in the advertising, staff and other guests are extremely rude and ignorant, food isn't changed so it's the same thing over and over and it isn't even that good, al la carté restaurants are never open, all inclusive is terrible. Do not recommend, there is much more but none of you will read a huge paragraph

The most bad hotel i have ever been to.
Same food everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner not even cooked properly. Fake branded alcohol which dont even get you drunk at all. Receptionist doesnt bother listening to you when you ask for a help. I asked for a toilet roll 7 times which nobody gave a f**k i been using the same bath towel for the past 4 days same bed sheet for the whole week all they do is tidy it up never change it. And they call this a 5 star hotel. Theres loads of things i can say about this awful hotel

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS FROM OVER 6 MONTHS AGO.
This hotel has drastically changed since then. Most off the staff can speak English. Rooms are big and clean.One of my favorite holidays.This hotel is amazing and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy and amazing holiday. I enjoyed this trip so much. Full of multilingual people. So you can make a giant group of friends. During the holiday i had a group of 16 friends which made the holiday extremely fun. The animation team are nice and kind. Really liked playing beach volley ball with one of them. Only thing is I would love to see more love towards the basketball court as i am a basketball player i would have loved to play basketball with more people. The courts were empty all the times and the basketball was really bad. We ended up throwing it onto the tennis court and couldn't be bothered to climb over to go get it so it is probably still there right now. If possible bring your own basketball if you want to play as the ball isn't really too great. All in all the hotel was extremely good value for money(I stayed for 10 nights). Food was really nice but some foods weren't to my liking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
