. Nice pool
. Well kept beach area
. Most Bar staff very friendly and helpful
. Turkish restaurant ok
Bad points
. Wifi is beyond awful (see pic for speeds)
. Rooms dark and dated
. Dangerous steep stairs, my mum spend a evening in the hospital after falling down them.
. Food just about acceptable
. Cuban restaurant poor
. Bathroom is to small
. Reception staff are not accommodating or helpful
. Car hire expensive and old cars
. Alcoholic drinks are poor quality
. Cocktails are dreadful
If you go on holiday for good food and drink this is not the place for you. Food is average at best and pretty much the same choice every evening. The desserts look great but have little or no taste, if any of the chocolate desserts have any form of cocoa in I could not taste it.
The bookable restaurants are hit and miss, the Cuban was poor but the Turkish was ok. There is not real theme/ decor in the restaurants as you could be sitting in any room for dinner.
I paid £600 each for a weeks stay, not a lot I know but compared to the £650 to £750 I paid to stay in other hotels in the region (the calista, Cornelia diamond, Cornelia deluxe in belek) over the last three years. Compared to them This hotel does not give good value for money.
My tip is pay a extra few pounds and go stay in any of the hotels I have mentioned in belek, trust me they are head and shoulders above this place.

great territory and the sea! highly recommend for stay with children. but children club poor and not worse to attend

Service staff ja super unfriendly especially top younger guests. Tiny rooms with only Limited seaview although Sea View had been booked. Shared beach with other two Alba resorts so children are in the beach too.
Food is good, pool is great and the overall area of the hotel.
