Clean and decent rooms. The biggest issue here is the staff. Yunus, Selman and the third gentleman with the spectacles will make sure that they extract as much money from you for anything that they can. The tours, which are for 60-80 TL are 100-120 TL with them, the cabs, the spas everything is forced upon you and has a huge cut for them. It's concerning also because they get a lot of Asian tourists, and I'm certain they fleece them outright. It was a horrible experience. Really bad and rude staff.

Very good hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All is new and clean, great swimming pool. Breakfast is very good, many different products, can choose what you want.

Fantastic place to launch from to Hierapolis. Clean, classy and comfortable. Tasty food and friendly hosts with good English. Thoroughly recommended.

The Best Option in The Town.
Reasonable rates with good amenities.
Very cordial & helpful staff.
Very Good Breakfast. (We stayed for one night only).
Owners personally taking care of daily chores so quality of service is high.

Presumably the most popular hotel in Pamukkale. The room was charming and breakfast was quite substantial. We had a very delightful stay in this hotel! However the receptionist and the staff looked as if they were very bored. We recieved a poor welcome in the reception and during the breakfast the staff treated us as if they were forced to work there. However I would say that it is definitely worth to spend at least one night here.
