No fan in washroom and everything seems rusted/old. There is a window to open but it goes to the main walkway. Toilet paper holder is in an awkward place. Fridge was mouldy. Location is great for local unesco site, local restaurants, ATMs and not much else. Swimming pool and indoor hot pool are well maintained. Towels are big and clean without stains. Rooms could use an extra thorough cleaning but beds are clean. Some lights are out. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are bigger than usual. Walls are not too thin. Curtains aren't very good at covering light and providing full opaque privacy. Breakfast is included and has a nice variety though our seats and table were stained due to perhaps previous night's food service. Feels like an upgraded motel so don't expect top much. Staff are hard working, friendly and polite.

Breakfast was good. Pool area was great, great sized pool with a great depth. Didn't get to go in the indoor pool but friend did - said it was great temperature and clean. Room was basic but comfy. Just what I wanted.

Just a 1 night stay after visiting Ephusus and following Pammakale tour. Comfortable bed. Room extremely basic. Air conditioning didnt work. Tv didnt work. Fridge didnt work. There was a pool and hot tub which the children enjoyed. Hotel quite run down. But overall it was ok for 2day tour we booked. Certainly wasnt 4* like we were told. 2* at the most. Food basic but was nice, which was included in our package trip. Drinks we had to buy on top. They where expensive.

Great swimming pool, and close to the walk up to Cleopatra's pool. Neat tidy and comfortable with a good breakfast.

The hotel was not very clean. The air conditioning did not work so ask reception to help put new batteries in the controller said it was fixed we woke to find he had set it to 25 degrees not happy. There was no kids menu so had to eat out.
