amazing service for a 3 star Hotel very clean clean towels everyday and bed linen every other day cleaned daily .they are happy to change rooms if you are not 100% happy with the room you are in or have been allocated you can choose to say in The seren or the sister Hotel the Han palace can thoroughly recommend this hotel

The next door hotel "Palace Hotel" which belongs to the same company is where we stayed. I went here with my sisters and brothers and their kids, arrived around 8PM at night so we did not know the area well enough to look for other hotels. They solicited us the "Seren Sari" Hotel and we thought we were getting the rooms at that hotel. Once we paid (they make you pay upfront), they put us in the dumpster next door. (we should have asked to see the rooms before we paid) but it all happened so fast and we had 3 toddlers with us. They put us up in the so called "suites" which were terrible, should have called them dumpster. We rented 3 of which 2 were "suites". The beds felt like from 1950s and sheets looked like they have never been changed since either. In fact one of the portable beds just broke once my niece sat on it. The air conditioner was only in one room in each suite. It was full of mosquitoes and very hot in the other room. Two of the air conditioners did not work. Some Iranian handyman had to come and fix it. My brother went down to get our money right after they took us to our rooms after finding out that nothing worked. The old blonde lady who did every trick in the book to get us in was very rude after we asked our money back. We were thinking of staying 2 nights and thankfully we paid for only one and we could not get out of there fast enough in the morning. The pool does not have any circulation/cleaning---There was no filtering in place so we did not even use it afraid of getting sick due to unsanitary nature of the pool. In the morning, it was free breakfast but poor quality some of the items my sister pointed out saying that they expired thankfully the lady took them away but the boxes of jam/butter/honey etc tasted really bad that we did not feed our family with. We ate the tomatoes/cheese/cucumbers instead. Showers were dirty, faucet was running water all the time and floors in the bathroom were terrible and there was a mismatch with the toilet bowls. you could not sit properly on top because they put a square top on top of the bowl and it was not fitting. We had a terrible time and we blamed ourselves for not checking the rooms and other services before we paid.Now we know.

Just came back from this hotel after a 2 week holiday in Marmaris, it's one of the best deals i have had, room service everyday, bedding changed twice a week, pool not the biggest but spotlessly clean, all hotel staff from the manager to the cleaners only too pleased to do anything for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it also has beach view rooms, plus the restaurant along the side of the hotel is a 5 star bonus....To the people posting bad reviews on here about this hotel, i really don't where your coming from, have booked a return 14 day holiday here again in September cant wait EXCELLENT *****
