Great location ,nice pool , wide rooms, tasty food , nice decoration , cooprative staff, animation team and activities for all inclusive hotel is very baic.

ATTENTION - don't spend your money on this hotel. Chose another. We just spend a week and really disappointed of everything, worst hotel I ever stayed.
1.) Arrival, no information has been provided where is what and what time etc. Only leaflets has been giving out ith the times and little bit info. Then we're been told our room number and asked to go there. We did find where the room is at the end.
2.) Room - as soon we walk in to the room we were were disappointed and surprised. Five stars hotel but the aircon does not working properly (with 32co outside). Stains all over the ceiling, damaged shower tray, peeling wallpapers, dirty sheets, luck of lighting, broken wardrobe door, just warm water, no slippers, broken hangers etc. and room were ordered for two but been given triple room with extra single bed. On reception I asked to change room and they said we can't as no left but you keep trying 10am every morning to see if any cancellations. The room does not worth even 2 stars hotel .
3.) Pool- absolutely NO COMMENT on them called Entertainment Team. Four or five teenagers don't know what they need to do. No games, no activities at all during the day apart water polo for an 30min and their little dance. There were few more games but absolutely rubbish and nit funny. Why this hotels keeps them, no idea.
4.) Beach - full of rubbish and cigarette ends. Sun beds all over the beach with dirty mattress. All others hotels does have like a wooden track to enter to the beach as stones everywhere but not this hotel. Adults, not talking about childrens struggling to enter the sea. Not big expenses for the hotel but would improve a lot.
5.) Food- that was absolutely ridiculous. During full stay every day food where the same. In all inclusive hotel we went out for a meal three times as felt ill from eggs or omelette on breakfast and chips, fish and doner kebabs on the lunch and dinner. The canteen very small for this amount of people. Dinner at 19:30 but if you arrive 10-15min later you will not find free table to seat, even for two people.
Other- the hotel is quite far from the town. Use local transport to get to the town as taxi will be expensive specially if you coming out from 5* hotel. During the stay (7 days) the electricity in hotel went off four times. Twice during the evening and twice during the dance show. It was so funny.
All mentioned above may sound created story but it's not. Not the person who likes to complain but could not stay quite as they ask for big money which is not worth. I have been in marmaris back in 2014 stayed in Pineta Club hotel which were 3* and I can tell you that my first stay has been much better and no complaints at all.

Just got back home and would love to say how we had an amazing time at golden rock the staff were very friendly my husband made loads of friends there and the food was so amazing so much to choose from
entertainment could maybe improve abit more but the hotel it self was very clean and beautiful view of the sea

Best hotel I've stayed in, staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, food was amazing something different all the time
