Filthy, many things in rooms are broken, indifferent staff, nobody cleans rooms or changes beds, very poor choice of food

Not even worth 1 star. Terrible food, staff unfriendly and rooms not great. Good location but that's about all that's pk about it

One star is for perfect location, the other one is for restaurant staff. Nothing more.
Stayed here in August, 2017.
We didn't expect anything special from this hotel so we didn't argue with the staff about things we didn't like. But some several times we came to reception to ask for sth we dealed with dishonest and really RUDE people. I work in tourism and hospitality industry and I know it's a difficult job but you know patience has its limit. While we were checking out, the receptionists didn't like the way we put our key on the desk (WAT?!) and they said sth like "What does that mean?! Checking out? So go away from this hotel!" Just an example.
Expect that, there are many other cons and before you choose this hotel please be aware that:
1) WiFi almost doesn't work. I can say, doesn't work at all. We went to a neighbor restaurant (Tekin) for good internet.
2) You can only have one room key.
3) Every second day you might have a problem with the room door (you close the door but can't lock it - so you can't leave your room with all the stuff inside and try to catch a hotel worker for at least 30 minutes).
4) Housekeeping service is just about changing towels.
5) The food is poor. Though, the restaurant staff is friendly and helpful.
6) The SPA center is disgusting.
Unless the hotel staff (not including restaurant) change their attitude to incoming people nothing will be okay. All the rest becomes not that important in this case.

This place is total below standard. Room are very poor. Bar staff very helpful food is dog food on a plate. Would never stay here again

Absolutely shocking. Should not be advertised for British people. Full and i mean full of rude drunk (most of the time) Russians. Caters for Russians , all the food except the cold fries is Russian i was looking forward to Turkish food yet there was none. It is three hotels joined together by, what only can be described as a bendy ply wood bridge. Rooms all stunk of old tobacco and drink with sticky carpets. elevator (that your uncle Bob could make) broke on me on first night. Staff on front desk in day so so rude. oh my goodness i could go on. Marmaris is just wonderful the hotel was in a fabulous location. I went because i was on my own and it was all inclusive, i sadly had to eat out. Just don't want anyone to go through what i went through. Never had to write a bad review before. Ever
