HOTEL: Location is not perfect but quiet at night with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus from the Rooftop Terrace. Shops, Bakery, Pharmacy and Supermarket are just around the corner. Service is Excellent and higher than expected.

LOCATION: Few minutes walking distance from Grand Bazzar, Bayezit Tram Station, Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Kumkapi Fish Restaurants.

ROOM: Super Clean, Air-conditioned, LCD TV on the wall and small fridge. There is a security safe to give you added peace of mind which is such a wonderful touch. Another lovely touch is the personal slippers that the are included in the room to make you feel special. The bedsheets & towels are spotless and always changed daily. Service Staff do a Super job of cleaning the room everyday.

BATHROOM: Super Clean, with a towel rack full of clean towels, soaps, shampoos and body wash are all provided free of charge. Even the hairdryer is provided.

BREAKFAST: Always plenty and good selection to chose from considering its included in the very reasonable room cost.

STAFF: Where do I start and where do I end? The Staff are real asset to the hotel. From the guys at reception (Fatih & Ali) to the staff at the rooftop terrace restaurant on the roof, all are so nice and so friendly. The Owner of the Hotel is such a wonderful man, always there every morning to greet his guests at the rooftop terrace restaurant and offer advise when needed. The owner is so lucky to have such wonderful, honest and dedicated people working for him. Their attitude towards the guests is genuinely sincere and made us feel so welcomed.

FINALLY: Thanks to everyone at Sayeban Hotel for Making our stay

Tip: Very Steep walk to the tram line. Not recommended for Old people, Wheel Chairs and parents with babies

Listen y'all pay attention for one moment this place shouldn't be called as a hotel it's almost a homestay , small rooms with wired neighbor but for honestly it's clean and a place you can stay in , the people who i met in the reception were so shocked because of the hotel , you won't get a refund in anycasr so I suggest you check the hotel before you book it

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, especially the guys on reception. The room was clean with a good view across the harbour and city (from the fourth floor). The breakfasts were a bit limited for choice but otherwise okay. The location is in a side road off a very steep hill, so expect some exercise unless you go everywhere by taxi. At the top of the hill there is a large bazaar and a good selection of shops. There are small cafes or restaurants in all directions though. It's only a few miles from Taksim Square, the Istanbul Aquarium, and boat trips up the Bosphorus. I only found one TV channel in English - DW Europe (mostly world news and current affairs).

We have stayed 6 days in this hotel. Doesn't worth the money we paid. Everything is "almost"good. Room is almost good, location is almost good, breakfast is almost good...
