Location of the hotel is close to Cevahir Mall and it is possible to see most incredible places by walking. Room is so comfortable and clean, as well as big enough to feel comfort.

Very clean and nice. Centrally located. Near a metro station and a mall. It's reasonably prices, and good.

Located a little further than the majority of istanbul hotels from main tourist attractions, Radisson Blu provided us with a generally expected experience from a 5 star hotel. It lost points because of issues with hot water (which is not fitting of a premium establishment), its location, and some of the service was satisfactory at best. Lots of potential of improvement.

We will definitely not stay at this hotel any more time in the future. The reception staff (men only) did not show a smile at one single time. They seemed very tired indeed of having to be in touch with the guests at all. Not service-minded at all. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Even the pillows had a strong scent of an old ashtray. Very unpleasant... We addressed the problem of cigarette smoke in the room to the front desk which would send someone with a neutralizing scent to the room. As a result, the room then smelt like a public toilet in combination with the smell of an ashtray. Happy days! The pool is not recommended for young kids not able to swim perfectly yet as it is 140cm deep all around... Also very slippery. No towels near the pool. Must be collected at a totally different floor!... The breakfast was lousy in every way. Not worth a penny. The far majority of the hotel guests come from the Middle East (at least during our stay). The atmosphere during breakfast can be described as a very lively and loud bazaar... Not exactly ideal for a calm and pleasant start of the day. The business lounge was a bad joke and also not worth a penny. Hardly any beer or wine was available. If beer or wine was emptied, nothing was replenished... Old canapés standing there under a heat lamp for several days? This is definitely not what we would call a five star hotel...
