Regular Mercury, though a bit dated. There was some light sewer odor in the room before we turned on the HVAC. The breakfast was also fine, not great though.

Well overpriced for the rooms don’t believe it’s view we were told water view and had a view of the back streets, the rooms never had coffe even though we asked and our cups were not washed after 4 days there are many other nicer cheaper and better serviced apartments around in Istanbul.

Very convenient, not far from airport. The view is fantastic. Friendly staff and the breakfast is quite rich

Room service foods was not good. There was a bad smell in the room. The requests are not executed.
WIFI is good. Free parking is available.

Staying at Mercure Topkapi Hotel is a great experience, rooms are clean, food is good, and general service is good. I want to take this opportunity to thank Miss Gilgun Bilgili / Guest Relation for the excellent service she provide me and my family during our stay at the hotel.
