Very unpleasant stay ... with a bad breakfast , services , location and dirty. Even our room key had to be changed each time we went out. I don't know how it's rated 5 stars

This hotel is clearly very lacking of its 5 stars rating. The service is horrible our hotel card didnt work and constantly had to go down to recepetion for it! The location was great but other than that pretty much everything else was bad. Also the security was very worrying, you can go down to reception and tell the reception any room number and they will give you the card for it. The cleaning was very poor, they often never wash the towels and never clean the room properly.
Overall pretty horrible experience if this was a 3 star hotel then i would have understood but this is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is not bad but its too old beside the furniture too old i have changed my room 2 times, its good for sleep only but the service inside the hotel is terrible the good point the hotel is too near to the metro station its about 2 minuets walking

Good hotel though little old. Breakfast has good selection. Some rooms have broken tv remotes. The service is good though Overall would recommend it to family

5 stars hotel indeed it deserves five stars
The hotel is just my neighbor it's one of the best hotels in Istanbul that have international standards
Just visit no doubt you will satisfied with their service
