A relaxing hotel in a beautiful hillside setting with 3 beaches. A little bit of paradise on earth. Can't wait to go again.

4th visit and still 5*all the way. Not just a hotel, more of a lifestyle. Amazing location, superb rooms, great food and drink, excellent service, fantastic experience!

I think my email to Thomas Cook about sums it up:
Dear sir or madam
I'm writing to you to complain about the terrible terrible resort that we find ourselves in, Hillside resort in Turkey. And I need someone to call me back to find a resolution.
It's currently 11:09 at night and it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in the noisy horrible horrible place, and no one at the resort seems to care or understand the problem. There is live music banging out across the bay, and it's totally impossible to sleep in our room, and the reception desk seems unable or unwilling to move us to a quieter room.
We are here in a family holiday, and I can't bear to imagine what the next 13 days is going to be like, so I really need you to either fix this, move our room, move us to a better resort, or just fly us home.
I can honestly say that in 10 years I've never, ever, been to such a horrible place.
Please response as soon as possible; this needs to be fixed.
