A comfortable 4 star hotel, the WIFI was slow & the cleaning staff was loud & disturbing.
A good breakfast was laid out for all in the morning.

Would never stay here again. Rude staff, awful rooms, not clean, broken bed, bad food. They really just don't care about this place. It is nowhere near 5 star, we were advised that it has lost stars. Well it should maybe be a 2 star, at push a 3 star. The all inclusive was just not great, the drinks that were on offer was low, the food was just not good at all. We ate out most nights as did a lot of other guests. Trust me just avoid this place... unless I want to sleep in a broken bed with a sewage smell and have your room not cleaned. When they did clean it well it was no different. Mugs were left dirty, dirt on our floor for the whole time we were there. Don't stay here!!!

Stayed here for 10 days with family and it was the worst holiday location ever. Dirty rooms unhelpful staff and lousy manager. No WIFI even though they claim there is.
Dirty pool which a child had an accident in, resulting in feaces everywhere. Pool staff scooped up the offending pieces and let everyone continue swimming even though I pointed out that it was dangerous to allow swimming in there until it was cleaned but they just shrugged and walked away.
Taxi firm next door and hotel work together as on our return I booked a taxi and agreed a rate as we had an early flight but on the morning they decided to double the rate and asked us to contact hotel reception. We then asked hotel for another taxi firms number but he refused saying they had an agreement to use only next door firm.
In our rush to exchange further currency to pay for the taxi, reception deliberately shortchanged us and then called the firm to come over to collect us probably advising them that were ready to be ripped off!
When questioned receptions excuse was he was tired and gave us some more money but still not the correct amount due.
Please do not go by other local guest reviews as they are probably paid to write them.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
There is damp in the rooms, showers flood as they have not been built correctly.
Cockroaches leisurely entertain you at night.
Bathroom is not cleaned bed sheets are not changed.
Air conditioning does not work and if it does work it lets out a smell that resembles a blocked toilet drain.
I am currently sitting in the reception area due to this with two of my children at 12.30am local time due to the smell in my room.
My experience here has been horrendous and I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
Throughout our 10 day stay we were moved due to various problems with the rooms,all rooms have various faults.
Reception/manager simply don't care.
We booked 3 deluxe rooms and were given standard!
If I can all then that.
