We didn't have any room service for 4 days. On front of our door was a chair with some dirty plates who did not move for 4 days neither. We asked 4 times for toilet paper (since we didn't have some because of the room service) ate reception, we never had any.
The personal was not nice, the juice are mixed with water and I have never seen a such small buffet in a such "luxurious" hotel.

Visited in mid October, paid full price and was greeted with next to no food or drinks variation, no ice cream available and to top it off, they shut the pool filters off just days before we were due to leave and started to close the hotel down around us, gradually cutting off each service one by one which I assume is so that the staff could leave as soon as we had packed our bags to leave on the day of our flight home since we were the last of the season. Staff smoked in front of you behind the bar and were often more concerned getting themselves a coffee when they've seen you already waiting at the bar. No night life apart from Turkish music playing from a staff members mobile phone behind the bar and disco lights.
Only bit of entertainment was the stray cats and dogs scrapping next to the pool on a daily basis.

Ive just returned from staying at this hotel, i would give it nine out ov ten, the only down fall is the bar should stay open till at least midnight, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, the food and room service are excellent, i met a lot ov friendly people and we plan to meet up again nxt yr,

We have just stayed here for 11 nights and would like to thank the management and staff for a truly lovely holiday. We liked everything, from the wonderful food, the choice of pools, the comfy clean rooms with air-con, and evening entertainment on top, we hope to come back.

I had such a good holiday in July with my family we are booking to go back in September the staff are very helpful the place is always clean and there is a variety of food and drinks I would recommend a visit here
