1) I don’t like Damla water company, which is owned by Coca Cola. I don’t like that company, so I spoke with one of the customer relations officers on the ground floor (Seda) about it. She wasn’t truly interested in what I was saying, and I don’t like wasting my time. I wanted to drink something else other than Damla, but they didn’t have anything else. The hotel has MAYBE 20 different types of wine, 20 different types of Vodka, 20 different types of champagne, but they only have one type of water. 2) I don’t like furniture showing signs of blah blah—refer to the photos below for more information—if the room is not in good condition then don’t let travelers stay in them. 3) The receptionist in the lobby and the servers in the restaurant did not give me my receipt, and I spent 430 liras in total. A big why?

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Worth the money and you get more for it .

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Absolutely loved it! Food is good. Grounds are well kept. Rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a Mediterranean suite)
