I rented the car without issues BUT, I was badly surprised when I returned the car.
When I returned the car, they asked me to complete my flight boarding first, even I did not want to do the flight boarding before returning the car and handing over the car back to them, then the guy asked me for a damage fees that I did not cause... I did not cause any damage to the car, but he insisted that I did and repaired the car (caused damage to the door and repainted it).
One of the worst situations I have ever faced … someone accusing me that I have damaged the rental car and repaired it in order to cover the damage…
I highly advise you to take photos or videos of the car before you rent the car.

that car agency will be closed awhile ago if it is some where else.

Very poor experience, broken car with engine light flashing and they refuse to change it give a credit or refund the money.
staff at the air port office are non professional, looks like member of a gang.
I been all the over the world and I always rent cars , this is the worst car rental company ever seen.
I suggets to every body to avoid it, stick with big company, so you can complain to the main office in US or Canada if you have problem.
This country changed quite a bit lately even rent a car became unsafe.

Wirklich Achtung lieber bei Avis oder Europcar mieten Es kostet nur zehn oder 20 € mehr nie bei solcher Betrüger!

Tombez pas dans le piège du prix ce sont vraiment des voleurs.payer 10 ou 20 € de plus pour louer une voiture chez Avis au bien Europcar mais tomber surtout pas dans le piège du prix!!!

Just be careful they going to keep your credit-card number, to use it afterwhen you have to leave Tunisia they said that your crash the car or something else.don't care about the low price. 10 or €20 more by eurpcar or Avis but your are sure where you going to put your money!!!
