I rented a Toyota Vios from UD Car Rental on 15 October 2017 for 5 days. The car was in good condition and well valeted. The little extras also help. I received a child seat, free car wifi and GPS, all at no extra charge. The service and delivery was professional, on time and first class. I would be happy to recommend them and shall be using their services again when I return to Udon in January 2018.

UD car rent is top quality. I use them every time I go Udon. Nothing is a problem to them. They are always waiting at airport when I arrive. I don't check others as the service I receive from them are great. Thank you UD Carrent

UD Car Rent. Customer service is amazing, they will make it happen for you, even when a last minute booking, I experienced this first hand. There is nothing more comforting to know that your booking and requests are taken care of by professionals.

My experience with UD Car Rent was positive in every way. The reservation process was efficient and straight forward...especially the quick email replies when I had questions. The rental car was delivered to my hotel and it only took a few minutes to go through everything. They even set up the GPS to my destination in English. Only a small cash deposit was required and they did not need to hold my passport.
They picked up the car at another hotel a few days later when I arrived back into Udon Thani. One of their employees even came to my hotel the following day to provide a complimentary ride to the airport. UD Car Rent provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will not hesitate to use them again next time I travel to Udon Thani.

Being new to hiring cars in Thailand I was cautious in choosing a reputable company. Googled the usual Avis, Hertz, Budget etc. all seemed very vague & manipulative in their contracts.
UD read well on their site...top insurance, reasonable rates & low deposit required. Happy to have chosen them.
Car was well presented (newish model). The friendly enthusiastic staff were very welcoming & dealt with us in a polite way.....& with reasonable English which was good for me even though my partner is Thai. The UD representative was punctually there before our arrival & was waiting for us on the return. Not hassles & no problems.
Will surely use them again if in Udon.
