2017-aug-09 Very rude manager woman. I booked on Agoda. The aircon in 4 different rooms I looked at didn't work well, temperature after 1 hour was 27 or 28 inside. Unacceptable. I said I would leave and pay the first night and take my losses. She said I had to pay for the 4 nights I booked on Agoda. She also said it was hot because the lights were turned on, and that it was daytime. Ridiculous. Wifi on all 3 networks awful. Hot water not working in shower
