Damm slow cleaning service, damm wait for 3 hours also not done yet, 6-8 receptionist at counter but no one will follow up the cleaning service schedule and keep on chatting, feel very disappointed with this kind of service that I get from so call 4 star hotel...
NO more next time... BAD

Hotel is located in the city centre. Easy to navigate around and to other areas.
There's gym, swimming pool and spa/massage in the hotel as well. If you are craving for some drinks, there's a bar/lounge.
Room is clean and price is reasonable.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years, and it just keeps getting worse. There is no one to help with the bags, the bathrooms are very outdated, and the air conditioning sounds like a jet plane taking off, even on the lowest fan speed. It is very expensive for the lack of service you receive. We will not stay here again.

Strategically located. Nice and clean room. Air conditioner is very good! Sadly parking lot is a little dirty looking. Good amount of security in the parking lots. Facility is good too! Just the awkward elevator. Different elevator for hotel and carpark.

It is well kept and clean. Strategic location if anyone want a bustling Hat Yai night life. Surrounded by shopping complex and restaurants, can save a bit of taxi fees, almost everything is walking distance.
