The sauna ,the pool with their cocktail are greet !!the scenery very searched!the huge probleme are the gardens suites where there is no isolation from roof to flooring upstair can no stay or sleep

A nice place for stay in BKK. But , I have a feeling that they want any $1 from you. my partner and I were staying there for 8 nights, we didnt get any drinks from mini-bar( the fridge from the room ), when we check-out that day , they wanted us to pay 200 Baht for mini bar! we said we really didnt touch any drinks from mini bar. they didnt Believe us, and they gave us a poker face and anger face. ( I was guessing ,maybe we didnt give tips every day for cleaning staffs ) . also this hotel dont want to call taxi for you. only way is that they drive you to get a taxi out side and they can get 50-200 Baht tips from taxi driver ,which means you have to pay 2-3 times more money for taxi. IF YOU NEED A TAXI , YOU CAN DOWNLOND THIS LOCAL APP-GRAP TAXI , YOU JUST NEED A INTERNET TO GET THE TAXI FROM THIS APP,( YOU CAN CHOOSE MOTO-TAXI , YELLOW TAXI, RV TAXI , MINI VAN TAXI ) ALSO IT WILL SHOW THE TAXI FARE.

Heard so many good things,flew in specifically to come here. Arrived,asked receptionist if have cafe-yes, can I go in?-no not open, what are its opening hours-10.30am to 10.30pm. it was 9.15pm! This conversation continued for a couple of minutes-i gave up n walked out! Did not get any money from me today!!
