I must have lucked out. My foot and shoulder massages were average at best. Relatively cheap, but I wouldn't go back.

Been around for almost 20 years, been visiting them since the day I set foot in Bangkok. The price has not changed much since. Very friendly lady boss that speaks Mandarin and her husband speaks Cantonese.
I will always recommend this place if you need a tradition Thai message at very reasonable price.
