Excellent hotel for short stay in Bangkok. Great rooms, excellent food, it is up to the mark of its five star tag. Totally loved it.

Great location and amazing views from our room on 42 Floor.
Breakfast needs to lift its standards compared to other 4.5 Star hotels around Thailand.
Rooms feels like you have walked back in time and maintenance has not been done in the last 2-3 years. Pool is missing tiles and grouting has almost all gone.
As a travel agent and as a frequent traveler this hotels needs a major refurb and maintenance to be done asap.
Ask for a Child's cot and one from 1900's. wooden and half the paint missing of it.

It's really wonderful with the site and all. Anyone planning to stay at Bangkok should book at this hotel, it's classic, modern, pleasant and filled with hospitable people. I also think it makes up for the traffic!
